Plot
Taking place after the series, the story opens in Bellwood as a mysterious black figure emerges and immediately begins to destroy things. Ben Tennyson (Graham Phillips), in the form of Heatblast (voiced by David Franklin), confronts him. After a brief battle, Ben seems to have wiped out the villain, which he thought was too easy.
The next day, Ben goes back to school, and has trouble adjusting to normal life again. After a bad day, he was harassed by Cash (Tyler Patrick Jones) and JT (Tyler Foden) and two girls he tried to flirt before, so Greymatter (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) took revenge on the bully by causing complete chaos in the restaurant where Ms. Dalton (Aloma Wright) works. Later, she and Gwen Tennyson (Haley Ramm) find the same villain that Ben had lost earlier. Max Tennyson (Lee Majors) identifies him as Eon (Christien Anholt), member of a foreign species known as the Chronians of an unknown dimension, whom the Maid was captured nearly two centuries ago. When he arrives, he is half-dead and carries a device with him called Armageddon's Hand, which will open a time slot into the dimensions of his home and release his race on Earth if activated. They travel to a detention facility where Eon is supposed to be kept in suspended animation, only to find him empty and his bodyguard is approaching death. The guard tells Max not to let Eon find the hardware store, where the Hands are kept. Before he died, Plumber warned Ben that Eon was after him.
On the way back to Bellwood, Max takes Ben and Gwen to the Hands of Armageddon, guarded by the few remaining plumbers from Ms. Dalton, Mr. Hawkins the Postman (Jeff Jensen), Whittington Fire Chief (Michael Runyard), Principal White (Robert Picardo), Mrs. Carlay, Plant Caregiver, Mr. Jenyx Telephone Company Worker, and Mr. Enguells as Sanitation Workers. Eon has followed them and entered the facility, but can not activate the device. When Ben tries to use the Omnitrix, it malfunctions shine bright purple and gives Ben intense burning pain. Eon tries to kidnap Ben, claiming it as a rescue, but Ben escapes. Eon manages to corner Ben, explaining that his race is learning to control the time itself, but trapping themselves by abusing their power. He claims that his fate is intertwined with Ben. Eon was frightened by an old man who happened to be another plumber before he could decipher it. Grandpa Max decides it would be better for Ben to leave Bellwood so Eon will not find him, but Ben bravely refuses and they both reach an agreement where Ben will be monitored daily by the undercover Plumber. The plumbers, all around town, keep Ben all the time. When Ben goes to the school gym to be alone, Principal White tries to calm Ben's fear when Eon freezes then turns the clock as he throws White out of the way. Eon then tries to show Ben his future by disabling the Omnitrix. However, Ben lit a fire alarm, attacked Eon on the side, and broke free from his grasp. This time, Ben was able to become a Diamondhead (voiced by Daran Norris) and fight it. That night, Ben decides to lure Eon into a trap by deliberately letting himself open, but this backfires and he is captured, along with Gwen and Max after Rustbucket is destroyed.
At the plumber's facility storing Armageddon's Hand, Eon explains some of the background of the Omnitrix: Ben can only remain in alien form for ten minutes at a time, fail-safe to prevent them from outside the human self and the personality with the form itself. He also reveals that he is Ben's evil version of the alternate timeline, which Max admits he never wanted Ben to find out. Eon knows how to disable unsafe failures, and thus, can turn Ben into a Crony. This is because the Hand needs the energy of a young Chronologist, which is why he kidnaps Ben. Eon presses Omnitrix who shines bright purple and turns Ben into a clone that is younger than him. Meanwhile, the White Headmaster has left the nurse's office and found a jailed plumber. While trying to find the key to the room, they pointed to a button near the door, which freed them all. Gwen and Max manage to break free. While Max tries to disable Armageddon's Hand at the expense of his own life, Gwen reaches Ben inside the young Eon. Ben manages to overcome Eon, and with the help of other Plumber, manages to save Max and disable the time crack, sending Eon's race back to their own dimensions.
Just as it seemed they were winning, time stopped for everyone except Ben. The older Eon reappears, angry at Ben's victory. After Ben points out that the worlds of Hands and Eons are missing, Eon throws Ben across the room angrily. Ben turns into Wildmutt and fights him, eventually dropping him into Armageddon's Hand, destroying both Hands and Eons. After performing an impromptu magic trick for a school talent show and earning second place, using the Wildmutt deformation transformation on time and well-placed stage curtain, Ben finally accepts himself for a while and goes for pizza. Max says that it's probably a good idea to get rid of Omnitrix for a while. He also points out that the aliens are persistent, and as they walk into the night, a foreign ship flies toward Earth.
