Cupids are a race of occult creatures associated with love. Coop sent by the Elders to help Phoebe with his love life. She gave her advice, and brought her into the past to see her past love (Cole Turner, Dex Lawson, etc.), Allows her to love again.
Later in the series, they fall in love (Coop falls first and Phoebe falls for Michael, the Coop manipulates Phoebe for love), though it's forbidden for Cupid to fall in love with humans, similar to how it's forbidden for People who are obliged to date, or have children with their accusations. Only later in the series did Phoebe begin to confess his feelings for Coop.
At the end of the show, the future adult Wyatt cries out "Uncle Coop!" after seeing him, accidentally allowing the slip that Coop is Phoebe's husband and thus his uncle and Chris. While Chris immediately touches Wyatt to silence him because he has revealed an unknown future, Phoebe seems to be afraid of this idea, because he knows about the forbidden nature of this romance. After he tries to talk to her and convinces her not to succeed, she finds herself attacked by a manipulative demonic friend, Dumain, for her ring trip abilities. Also at the end, Piper uses his ring to travel through time to save Phoebe and Paige.
When Phoebe's call for him fails, Wyatt and Chris reveal that their love is given a blessing (and is the main reason that he actually actually descended) by the Elders to make up for all the events they put as a Charmed One. In the right words from Wyatt, "No, and it will not be, forbidden love." In addition, he can take it to him just by thinking about it because of their connection. The Charmed Ones can use Billie's Projection power to go back in time, and after they defeat the Triads and Piper conquer Dumain, Paige takes his ring from Christy and Piper returns it to him as they return to the present.
The same episode, which depicts the future of The Charmed Ones, shows their marriage and their three daughters in the end.
It is interesting to note that in season 3, Phoebe was told that the skin of apples in water would take the form of the first letter of her true love name. This is "C," which at the time was intended to imply Cole. This prediction does happen, because Coop is revealed as his true love. Also noteworthy is the fact that Phoebe became infatuated with an unnamed Cupid that the sisters were assisted in the episode of Season 2, "Heartbreak City". Cupid in the episode also tells Phoebe that his heart is closed to the man in his life, and that he is in love with her because he loves the idea of ââlove.

Characterization
Actor Victor Webster has said of his character, "I think he just loves life, he loves love, I think he is very charming and relaxed and lightweight, I think he just enjoys being around people and really helping people. He said he was chosen for the part because he displayed many of the traits themselves. However, he also claims that playing "the perfect man" is difficult, "Coop is very confident. He knows all about love and relationships, and trouble with a man so sure of himself is that you can play him very arrogant and The actor explained that falling in love requires a lot of humility, and it requires him to bring self-deprecating qualities to his appearance: "You learn about your mistakes and how to overcome them if the relationship is very meaningful for you."
Victor Webster has admitted that his biggest fear of playing the role of Cupid is the possibility that he has to wear a diaper, and has joked, "If that's the case, then I'll ask for at least a million dollars per episode!" One of his first questions before receiving that part was, "Will I be naked all the time?" When asked if he would wear an iconic diaper and wing, Webster quipped, "The big pin on the side," before explaining that he would actually be "dressed very neatly - suits, button-down shirts, sport coats."
Discussing the challenge of playing a mythological character, the actor said that his approach is to make Coop a "real person". He explains, "If you go into mythological characters and you start playing it in another world, it just comes weird.I think he'll just be an ordinary man.He will be very charming. He will be very confident.Let him not the God of romance, he is a master of love, what will he have? That's how I start looking at him I think he will have a great sense of humor, style taste He may be able to dance and cook and tell a good joke, be very fun, have lots of energy positive, wanting to lift you up, obviously he will be very concerned about himself, he will look neat all the time. "
Strength and ability
All Coop powers, with the exception of Telekinesis, Eternity, Beaming, Empathy, Sensing, and Regeneration, are shown to originate from the ring. However, in previous seasons, cupids did require their rings to teleport. Coop has used this additional power through his ring:
- Stopping Time (applies only for cost) - The cage has the ability to slow down to levels that seem to be frozen in time, while causing the creature and even others to be at normal speed, too, for an indefinite period.
- Suggestions - Coop can slip into the hearts and minds and minds of human implants. He mainly uses this power to organize people on the road to love by making them aware of their true feelings towards others.
- Time travel - Coop can travel through time, but not (or not allowed) to manipulate the past. Coop uses this power to bring Phoebe back in time to some of his love in the past. Anyone with a ring can access this power at least as shown by Piper Halliwell and Christy Jenkins.
- Hologram - Coop also has the ability to project light and energy based images of all shapes and sizes for various effects and reasons. He uses it to show Phoebe another part of his past. Warping Reality (on a limited scale) - Coop has used this power to see how Phoebe's heart is blocked and set him free, to put Paige into Henry's body, and to absorb the soul of the deceased child into his ring and transport him to Cupid's Temple.
In addition to the ring, Coop also has Cupid's Bow, which was introduced in Issue # 11 of the comic, Last Witch Effort .
