History
This game was created by Tim Swindle and Dave Mazurek. When they were classmates in college, they occasionally played with their men's games uttering sentences in various accents. Then in 2014, after playing the Card Against Humanity, they decided to make their college days into a real game. After several copies are sold by the local game store, their game is taken by Target which markets it further.

The game is played with 500 cards: 455 contains sentences, and 45 naming certain accents.
Play game
The players choose judges based on who is the most disgusting. Determining who has a breath like that does not have to be factual but can involve reasons that do not make sense.
At the beginning of each round, the judge gives seven sentence cards to other players. The judge then took the accent card from the top of the deck, and revealed it.
The player on the left side of the judge gets the first turn, then the one on the left side of the player, and so on. Each player selects a sentence card from his hand, and reads it with the accent provided.
After all the players are read out, the judge decides who is read which he thinks is the funniest. The recitation player is selected to win the round, make the round accent card, and be the next judge. Play continues until one player wins a set number of rounds (usually five).
